WORDLE + Summary

Wordle - Marvel vs Fox

Since Marvel has sold certain rights away like Spider-Man, certain X-Men and the Fantastic Four, they will be unable to produce movies for stories involving these characters that both Marvel and fans alike want to see happen. Until Fox sells those movie rights back, Marvel is limited in their movie production. It is unlikely that Fox will do so given the increased popularity in comic book movies. Fox, just like Marvel, wants to make as much money as possible.

I have not been a huge fan of Marvel due to the fact that creators do not own their stories, characters, etc., but I am in favor of Fox signing the character rights back over to Marvel. Ultimately, the success of comic book movies lies in the desire of the fans, and the fans demand that Marvel be able to produce the incredible stories they have already written!

Movies, stories, music... It's created to be shared, not to make as much money as possible. Marvel once owned the intellectual property to characters now owned by Fox (for movie production anyway) and without that ownership and because of Fox's gluttony, the fans suffer.

  1. i realized this when i watched the avengers! some of the characters from the avengers (comics) can't be in the movie because of this battle between fox and marvel -_- this sucks and i agree with what you said about fox signing back the rights to marvel. Do you think they'll actually will thoe? i have a feeling that they just have to buy it back but will cost like 5-10 times more than what they bought it for. VERY INTERESTING TOPIC MAN!
